Easy Peasy Vegie Pies

Wow, are you looking for a quick and easy lunch on the go, or perhaps a quick dinner after travelling all day? These Easy Peasy Vegie Pies are good for you, easy to make, easy to serve – hot or cold. They freeze really well and are a great travel favourite.

  • 36 Jatz Biscuits (crushed
  • 1 Cup Grated Carrot
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 3 chopped bacon rashers ( or use 200g diced bacon from the deli )
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Combine all ingredients. Place in muffin pans or slice tin – Cook in moderate oven until brown on top – approx. 30mins 160degrees
